Billing my AMEX and i never signed up for any service with them. To make matters worse they said the login email was still being used but when i tried to do a password reset to login, it did not work. So i could get in "my" account to end the service. Their Customer Support is terrible. It takes them several days to get back to you and then they dont answer your questions. They also never pick up the phone. This is a CRIMINAL business. DO NOT USE THEM. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM. Incorrect charges on card.
