Talk talk has been overcharging me without informing me. I've had an excessive bill charged and the helpline agent is unable to explain the breakdown. There are multiple discrepancies in our bills since April and I'm thinking of canceling my subscription. Despite staying on the call for 1 hour and after being put on hold and waiting for them to get back with a solution to my problem. they hung up .
