Billed for service never used and they refused to refund the fee

I went on for an answer to a radio question didn't receive and answer right away and when they sent the welcome message I replied to it to cancel the service its not what I was looking for. They still billed me anyway and when I sae it on my bank statement I called to complain they said it went past the seven days period and they refused to refund although they had no problem canceling the account that day so I was charged a month and received nothing for my money I call that fraud.
