                Bill question/dispute.

I likely do not need technical support for this, but I cannot get simple help without paying a fee or a simple billing question. I want to clear it up, but if you prefer to make it "your way or the highway", I will just drop the matter and notify my credit card company that I have an unresolved dispute and not proceed with a payment.
