Bill past due

I am currently in south korea due to military orders placing me here.I am blocked from yalls website for some reason. I will be here for 1 year. I am trying to pay my bill but i cannot. Please reach back out to me so i can get the bill paid. I do ot want it to negatively go against my credit. Thank you
