Same story as everyone else. The rep who came to the door told me there would be no termination fees and that energy might actually be cheaper. My bill increased by $100 each month and I have to pay $99 to cancel. The one upside is that they waive the early termination fee if you're moving, which I am soon. Thank God. User's recommendation: Don't sign up. It's a scam.
