Biling department is incompetant

They charged my credit card twice. I called them and they said they would do a reversal by the end of the week. That was 4 months ago. I called them over 15 times in the past 4 months and each time they said it will be reversed by the end of the week. shame on me for letting them drag me along. they did sound sincere though. so I would call them incompetent not thieves. they also said they would call me back to confirm that the reversal went through, they did not even once call me. one hundred words.
