hello, I am extremely worried as i placed an order on your website almost 1 month ago. The money was taken from my bank account on July 20, yet I haven't heard from my package! On the application it is even noted shipped but when I click on track the package a blank page opens !!! this is an order for a wedding. I can't even contact customer service! It is said that I did not yet placed the order !!! So I dont have a number ! please help me
