Beware women

1

I purchased a full set of tires from big o in june of 2018. Took my car in every 4k miles for a rotation & 22 pt inspection. They say they give. Never once did they say anything was wrong until recently and i was told i would be needing shocks soon they were leaking, About a week ago i had growling in the front end of my car. It was the weekend so i held off till monday At that time there was no growling. Few days later it was growling again so i took it to there shop to have it checked out. Listened to it and it didnt growl, mind you they never removed my tires to look at it. Told me if it started again to come back. Few days later it growled while i headed for work - overnites. Next morning i was leaving work growling again so i went directly to big o to have them checked out again. A different mechanic road with me and it didnt growl till we were pulling back into the shop. He then told me i needed brakes. They finally pulled my tires off and Wow found i was metal on metal. I asked them why am i just finding this out if they did a inspection at every rotation. I was told well it was possible they were just waiting till next rotation. I was pissed that it had gotten to this point, if i knew my brakes were needing replaced it would of gotten done earlier not when i had to replace both pads & rotors. In which they never meadured my rotors to find out if they were bad or just needing resurfaced they just looked at them. So with no choice i had to get it financed thru there snap. I contacted there corporate office when i got home. They took my complaint the next morning that store mgr called me. Told me it was state law that whenever you replace pads you have to replace rotors. And the guy who checked it out the first time said when i brought my car in he was gonna check it out but i said i didnt have time, the only thing they could do is give me a discount on the shocks i had put on at that time to. Im sorry im still having a hard time swallowing you didnt check my pads at rotation, and you think im dumb enough to not no its not a state law to have to have new rotors at every brake changes. I contacted the corporate office again told them everything that mgr had said. Now they have another mgr from a different store call me. He said the other mgr should of never told me that, and the only thing he could do is give me instore credit on the shocks discount. Well they can keep there in store credit cause i wont be back. And im out $631.82. Because of the lying, taking advantage of a woman. Thinking we all dont know about vehicles. The last mgr that contacted me referred to my car being like his wifes. Im sorry i dont drive my car down dirt road like your wife did. You cannot compare my car to hers.
