I've been a content customer of Agora for multiple years and share my experience with others. Then today, Agora sends me this offensive, tone-deaf marketing email: Subject: *Customer's name here* I'm dumping you, *Customer's name here* if you wont take a few minutes out of your day to read my Publishers message Then maybe we shouldnt do business together. Listen, my Publisher went out on a limb to get YOU this information *customer's name here*. ... And if you dont care enough to look it over I dont see why youre subscribed to our services at all.
