I was thinking about buying a truck! someone told me to do a Carfax report. So I went online wanted one report on the vehicle for $39.99 entered my credit card info and did not get a report, just charged my credit card $99.99 and said I have 6 reports in my account. I did not order 6, I ordered one! I am only buying one car! Now my credit card has been bill $99.99 I have no report and there is no one at Carfax to call. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company! And have requested a full refund from Carfax! Way more trouble then its worth! Very Dishonest Practice! BEWARE OF CARFAX THEY ARE CROOKS!
