Beware of Gravotech/Gravograph
1
I purchased a M20 ABC and new engraver with a software computer touch pad, promising to be easy to operate, which it isn't. I have two complaints: 1) The sell rep. Randy Anderson in Santa Fe Springs, CA. promised me 4 hours of lessons if purchased. When I inquired about the engraver he gave us a pitch demonstration to make a sell. Then when the purchased machine came in he guided me to check it out to make sure it worked, which I did and the machine had to go back. Later, I asked for lessons on the machine and he told me he gave me lessons! How dogmatic but he did tell me I can pay for $800. lessons. 2) I called customer service in Georgia many times with no help regarding above. I asked them for an information booklet or literature on the software and I was told they did not have any literature for the software. Also, tech support told me they were for the machine only and if I needed help on the software, I would have to take lessons. This company is unreal. Gravotech is made in? Be Aware when purchasing from them.
