Original review updated by user Feb 25, 2021 We were suspended by Amazon as a new seller. We found Thompson and Holt by Google search and read their promises. What we failed to do was look for feedback on this company before paying them over $600 US$. We received a ridiculous boilerplate response letter to submit to Amazon which was refused within 30 minutes. Emails to Thompson and Holt resulted in automated boilerplate responses that had noting to do with our case. Within two days of paying them we immediately emailed them that we had no confidence in their services as they were not responding to our specific emails but with what appeared to be bot answers. We asked for our money back... which is the ONLY specific email we received back with an answer... NO! We instructed our bank to do a chargeback which was granted until Thompson and Holt disputed the chargeback with unknown documents that were accepted by our bank. Basically we got absolutely no service from this company and they got paid in full. Beware Beware BEWARE!!!!!! There are many companies out there that do the same thing and get results with Amazon.
