Please, whatever you do, DO NOT use this company for ANYTHING. It took my husband and I 10 years to pay off a water treatment system that cost $4,000.00 and in the end paid basically $10,000.00 because of their dishonest practices. We were late one time due to the loss of our child and we paid the past due and explained the situation and they shot our interest rate up to what amounted to a payday loan %200 a month penalty. Our monthly payment of $165 went up to $300 and trying to resolve this with them was over a years worth of phone calls and emails. Finally we had to threaten bankruptcy and have an attorney call them to get us on a payment plan to fit our budget again. After all is said and done, my husband and I wanted to refi our mortgage, well you can't they have a lien on your home(not disclosed during the loan process)! So we had to pay for a temporary removal ($200) to do that! Now, this week we finally paid it all off and I can't wait to get that removal letter. We had to borrow from my husbands 401k to get away from them, but it is worth it. JUST DON"T DO IT!
