We were very unhappy and uncomfortable with our accommodations. The hotel and rooms didn't look like what was advertised. I did not get what I paid for. I paid for a 3 1/2 star hotel, but the hotel is a 1 1/2 star hotel. When we arrived at the property police was there, in regards to a homeless person. The next day a Homeless person was looking for his Friend through my sister in laws balcony door screen. She had To go to the front desk for assistance. They only clean/ change sheets Every 3 days if you request it. If you don't say anything, they don't clean or come in the rooms. Not even to empty trash or change the towels. We Had to put our own trash and towels out. They didn't replace the towels either. I had to go ask for more towels. My closet door was hanging off the rails when I arrived. The bathroom ceiling started leaking. They did not move my sister-in-law until it got worse the next day. When I finally reached United Hotels, the service I booked through, they called the hotel on my behalf, only to be told, we could leave since we were uncomfortable. The United Hotels representative, told me someone would call me back with a hotel we could move to in 2 hours. No one ever called me back to this day!!! Confirmation# [protected]
