Best Buy WarrenTech warranty is worthless

Issue Dec 2017 unresolved and the fridge failed again August 16, 2018. Again the fridge is not keeping the proper safe cool temperature for food storage and is making a horrible noise. Called WarrenTech and apparently they subbed the job out - tech was scheduled to arrive 8-5 window. No one showed up. Numerous calls to tech company- no response. Finally the company called to say that WarrenTech never booked them!!? Again Geek Warranty sold by Best Buy and serviced by WarrenTech is useless. I will require loss of wages reimbursement and loss of food paid for. Bought $12,000 kitchen appliances from Mount Laurel, NJ Pacific Sales in Best Buy. Paid over $750 for extended warranty on the appliances which they wrote down was for the Geek Squad. Recently the Samsung high end fridge was not keeping a safe cool temperature for food storage so we called Geek who said to call Pacific Sales. We were then told to call WarrenTech but never got a response after 5 calls. Then Pacific Sales told me that they fired WarrenTech and went with Geek. We have waited over a month for warranty service we paid for. We are still waiting and so we asked for a refund on the money we paid for the useless warranty. Pacific Sales Is content to have me to between WarrenTech and Geek but not willing to offer the warranty service I paid money for. Review about: Pacific Sales Refrigerator Warranty.
