Bent frames

I would like to send my sunglasses back to Ray Ban to correct the bent frames, they arrived in bent condition and I would like the issue corrected. The suggestion I received was to take them to Lens Crafters, but I prefer Ray Ban to handle my concern. My wayfarers are my fav sunglasses and I wanted them handled with care, as I know Ray Ban would do.
