You were aware if the incident at the time because we spoke to you by phone, and you were unwilling to return to our home. You accused us of making up the problem with your work. we paid your invoice and paid a second person to fix your work. We did call you after getting your e-mail, and while you don't recall this situation, it remains the worst experience we've had with anyone who has worked in our home. We are reasonable. If you would like our consumer alert removed, just say you regret the situation and will make sure other customers are treated with respect. Original review posted by user May 23, 2008 I do not recommend Ben Franklin Electric of Arvada Colorado. Bill, the owner, was rude in response to a follow-up question. He did some work on our ceiling fan. My husband had checkbook in and to pay Bill on the day he did the work, but he refused, saying he wanted to send an invoice by mail. We didn't get the invoice for weeks, and by then, we discovered a problem with the ceiling fan he. We asked him to stop by to take a look with the intention to pay him at that time. Bill's unprofessional response was to send a rude e-mail containing an ALL CAPS demand for payment and insinuating that we were only making up our concern with his work. So much for customer service!Be careful everyone!
