I have been a regular consumer of Captains Table Water Crackers for a long time. Over time, I have become very dissatisfied with the product as up to 90% of the crackers in each packet at broken. This is NOT an occasional problem. It is the case with every packet I open. They are frustrating for personal use and impossible to use for entertaining purposes. How about a change/upgrade in packaging so the product arrives with the consumer intact. I am at the point now of changing to a different brand of water cracker, even though I think this particular product has the best flavour !!
