Belligerent, disrespectful, and rude

Called customer service to let them know that with COVID and financial hardship I could not continue coverage. Customer service rep pretty much insinuated how stupid it would be to cancel and went on and on rather than stating he would kindly cancel and give me confirmation number. I asked to speak with a manager where he stated one was not available and continued to berate me and tell me I would get stuck with $4,000.00 transmission bill and on and on. Do you think I really care about that if I cant afford gas for car or be able to pay my electric bill? Most inconsiderate, disrespectful person I have ever encountered and does not deserve anyones business. User's recommendation: Find another warranty company.
