Being overcharged and not being able to get back on site

I agreed to the 2.99 fee and was charged 80.00 dollars instead and when I tryed to get back on the site apparently it said I had to enter a password in something other than English. and I have no idea how to log back in now so I need eithier to be able yo get logged back on the site or to be refunded and completely taken off the site thank you Clarence Brown [protected].
