Being denied sending money.

1

Update by user Aug 01, 2021 I found another money transfer company and the transfer was completed without any problem at all. It’s just aggravating that on my only day off I had to waste time with Moneygram on the phone and the treatment I received from their representatives. Original review posted by user Aug 01, 2021 I have been sending money monthly to my fiancé overseas since COVID began and she was denied travel to the US. Now she is cleared to fly but a delay in paperwork required a few extra weeks. So I wanted to send something for rent and food until time for her to fly. Well Moneygram refused to send the money. They said they were protecting me. Well I dont want their protection. On a recorded line I released them from all liability but they still refused me. User's recommendation: Good luck.
