I called to cancel my insurance as my employer was providing it going forward. I called Covered California and spoke with a rep who said he was cancelling it. Kaiser continued to charge me - saying they never heard from Covered California. I called Covered Cal, they said they did, I called Kaiser a minute later and they said they did not receive any notification. This has been back and forth for over a month now. Nice scam guys - claim you didn't get the notice and still charge the customer. This is ridiculous. $1300 now for insurance I don't need and no way to get this resolved?! WTF!!! User's recommendation: Dont use Kaiser or Covered California.
