Being charged cut off fee after they sent bill to wrong address

Our service was cut do to non payment. THEY SENT TO WRONG ADRESS AFTER NUMEROUS YEARS AS A CUSTOMER!. NOW THEY ARE CHARGING US A REINSTALLATION FEE! AND NOT WAIVING SERVICE. THEY WON'T ACTIVATE SERVICE UNLESS WE ARE THERE AND WE ARE IN LOCKDOWN LIKE ALMOST EVERYONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIFIC!. O GUESS WORKING AT HOME LLOWS YOU TO EAT WHILE YOU ARE SUPPPOSED TO BE INTERACTING WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. CAN'T WAIT TILL THERE IS AN OPTION OTHER THAN THEM AS THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY. DON'T KNOW ANYONE THAT WAS EVER HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE. SINCE THERE IS THIS WEBISTE I'M OBVIOUSLY NOT ALONE. COMCAST XFINITY IS BEING RUN IN MOST OF THERE REGIONS. SWITCH ASAP I AM. BTW THEY SERVICE EVERY TIME WE WENT TO OUR VACATION HOUSE WAS NOT WORKING, DAYS TO GET TECH ON HAND, ESSENTIALLY THROW MONEY AWAY WITH THERE SERVICE. User's recommendation: ANYBODY BUT COONSOLIDATED WASTE OF MONEY.
