I bought a car from them in January 2020. I traded it back to them in July and been fighting to get my reimbursement of $377.90 they told me I would get for the registration and taxes and an additional $100 to get the car cleaned. Been lied to this whole time I have lost faith in them. Tried to contact Corporate from the number they have online claiming to be Corporate but it is not even Corporate it is another number to reach one of the regular advocates. I am out of work again and need this money. Unemployment is not giving money at this time seems like. They cut it off and I need this money. I need it now! Faith in Carvana lost at this time. User's recommendation: When they ask you to pay the taxes etc and you will be reimbursed just don’t look for that reimbursement in a hurry.
