I ordered my bedroom set and received on june 25th however not all the parts were available. Parts were ordered sent to my house and I was told I had to wait till august to have my bed put together!!! Unacceptable. Why bother delivering the bed if you didn't have all the parts and then tell me that I have to wait till august before someone can come out to put it together. I've demanded a full refund and they want to jerk me around. Poor poor customer service!!! I used to like macy but I cannot stomach ever shopping at that store ever again
