I bought 40 volt weed eater last year I need a part I called customer service they are out of that part they said it would take a month to get it they gave me the manufacturers phone number and a part number and I can't get them to answer not only is it still under warranty but I bought the extended warranty and I can't get the part I need don't buy Kobalt User's recommendation: Don't pay kolbalt.
