I referred a friend over two years ago. He paid his account in full all at one time. I was suppose receive an reward for the referral. And here I sit here still waiting. I have talked to numerous customer service agents and managers. And they have done nothing but continue to call me and harass me. They even processed a payment out of my account without my permission. They kept calling me to pay my annual fee for select access, and I kept telling them when I get my reward for my referral I would renew my select access. Never got my reward, so I didn't renew and they took a payment anyway WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! THEY SUCK PERIOD!!STAY User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!!
