Because they don’t have a good customer service , and their agents don’t know how to speak with customers

I'm calling because they supposed to do a refund, because they charge me twice, and everytime I call my agent instead of helping me he being rude to me ,the first time I call , he told me they will send the refund in 3 days, and now it almost 15 days, he still telling me to wait and I dont even know for how long like they still my money, I dont receive any email talking about my refund either.
