They are the most morally corrupt company I have ever had the displeasure of spending my hard earned money with. I joined them in 2019. They added on features that I didnt agree to. (For example a driving thing, and I didnt have a car at the time) when I left them To go to T-Mobile I was told all I had to do was pay the 399.99 to cover my iPhone and here we are 2 years later and I get a notification from Experian saying that Sprint reported that I owed them 1095.95, and most of that was for a contract never used!! User's recommendation: Never ever ever ever join Sprint nor T-Mobile.
