Your coupons are only good for 1 order only so if I try to use a coupon and I have 6 family members including kids I can't use that coupon because its only good for 1 order . Thankfully there's other fast food places that are more customer friendly and other sit down restaurants that offer better customer service then Carl's Jr and those are the places that deserve my money and loyalty . User's recommendation: I've already let my family and friends know not to go to Carl's Jr because of this and they agree.
