Citizens one charge me for changing my due date, I paid them their payment on 12/6/19, and they retrieved another one on 12/27/19 when i change my date of payment, this is not acceptable, because I had already paid them, they would not refund my money, and if they are doing this to me then they are doing this to other, I do not recommend this company policies to the public!
