Because I’ve got a question to ask them

Yesterday I purchased two of the vanilla cards one of them I put 500 and on the other I put 350 so in all thats 850, I went to purchase a puppy from a dog breeder and I didnt activate my cards because they said not to since it wouldnt let me it kept saying Error, I wanted to know if my cards has been activated and if not can I just receive my money back
