Because I got a new phone and my app isn’t working

Look I got a new phone when I went into the app, then nothing came up! I have worked on this for 8 weeks !! This is bull , then I went in and put my information in I already exist.. well yes I already exit .. I cant use the old app cause if internet issues , you dont have it in your stores .. I dont want the password I just want to be able to use my app .. I have already lost rewards now I also have were we can play games while we wait .. for free but I cant use them on my new phone . In which has WiFi but cant use on my old phone cause I dont want to pay for two phones you should have were you have WiFi for customers or be able to help me with this issues
