Because I am not a pissed customer. A bit confused??

You kicked me off my favorite sundress order site and I love these dresses. One of the dresses I was trying to order had a malfunction in the site and I was trying to wake the order site up. So....why did you not fix it? Why kick me off for trying???? Please fix this for me. User's recommendation: If the site isn't working don't try to wake it up.
