Be extremely careful when you want to buy a product from them.

On 12/10/2019 I placed an order with CallBullion.com for two x 1 oz each "American Buffalo" gold coins for a total of $3,018.94 as it was advertised on their website . I sent them a check which was withdrawn from my bank account on 12/16/2019. On 1/6/2020 (21 days later) I received a UPS package containing only one "Canadian" 1 oz coin (which is cheaper than the American Buffalo). I've since tried to contact them via emails and phone messages, and also went on their website and chat twice with their rep and raised the missing coin issue with them. Both times they said someone will get back to me within 48 hours, but to this date, 01/28/2020 (over 20 days after my first chat with them), I haven't received any email, phone calls or any communication attempt whatsoever to at least explain what is going on and why they haven't sent me the 2nd coin, and why even the one that they sent wasn't what I had ordered.
