I am a landlord myself and would not rent a house in the condition that this company rents out homes. The day we moved in the house was fine until is rained. When it rained we noticed that the carpet in the master closet was damp. This was right before there was a mold smell in the closet. The bad part is that the repairman that they sent out said the smell of mold was bad in the closet and would not even step foot in the closet.
