I was informed I would be getting YMCA membership with supplement Insurance. However,when I called the YMCA after submitting application the provider I applied with was not participating and I tried to withdraw application with my agent Karlee Bobbit. After leaving multiple voicemails I finally tried customer service and was assured Ms. Bobbit of United Medicare advisers was the person I needed and she would call..... 12 days later I have still not been able to withdraw application pitiful
