Bcos i sent money since 30th of june and the money have not been received

I sent money through my Visa care and I did not receive any information on how to pick up the money,and I called my bank to know what happened, I was told by bank that the money as left my account that it is your machine that as not approve the money,and bank advice me to call your company to complain, but I have been given transactions approval from my bank.
