Bauer Comfort USA is company Russian-speaking sales rep.oriented mainly on RUSSIAN /speaking costumers. Natasha is very unprofessional ,lack of knowledge of the products what she sells or she pretends to be very "forgetful"by convenience to leave out information . Purchase item ,in the price include another item with one amount ,purchase was NOT itemized ,BIG MISTAKE!!!!!MUST. The second 8 WEEKS and was wrong size thanks to Natasha misrepresentation of the merchandise. Return to exchange tor right size ,result- NO item ,NO Money back !?under the store policies ,which is not seen or mentioned by the sales person. As Well you don't see merchandise listing with price lists.There is Just rude , offensive and ignorant respond from the management/owner in Florida.
