Battery Charger Quit Working

Hello, I have an XD6-CA and it was working and then it quit. I have NO idea why. I keep it indoors, so it hasnt; been in the elements. OK, so what it does, is , when i first plug it in , all 3 lights light up , the ngo out. So I place the cables to the battery and nothing. No lights, no charging, nothing.
