I had put fresh batteries in my firestick remote control. After a few weeks the batteries leaked and damaged the controller. I submitted a complaint and noticed when I pressed submit it stated if you havent heard from us within 48 hours please reach back out. I thought it was odd that a company would ask the customer to reach back out if they dont contact them. Needless to say I havent heard from Duracell. I discarded the batteries and had to replace my remote. I will never purchase Duracell again!
