Bathroom Vanity never delivered.

In January 2019 I contracted John Reynolds of Ondine Custom Furniture in Los Angeles, CA to manufacture a bathroom vanity. I utilized CustomMade to contact John Reynolds and made the initial payment through CustomMade. In March 2019, when I was supposed to take delivery of the vanity, I could no longer reach John Reynolds by email or phone. I addressed this issue with CustomMade, and they told me that "they" had contacted John Reynolds and that I should hear from him within 48 hours. NOTHING. I again addressed this issue with CustomMade and they recommended I submit a formal dispute with them, which I did, and was again told to wait another 48 hours to be contacted by John Reynolds. NOTHING. At this point, I decided to dispute the initial payment with my credit card company. CustomMade then notified that since I disputed the charge with my credit card company, there is nothing more they could do. Just as well, they would still be stringing me along at 48 hour intervals with no results. I can not even provide a negative review because they have kept my project in the "processing" status and you can only submit a review when the project is completed. This project will never be completed since John Reynolds has apparently disappeared.
