I ordered a doll for my niece. It was supposed to be a nice quality doll. Hand painted, weighing about 3lbs, dressed and comes with a pacifier. The doll I received was of the quality that someone could find in a dollar store discount bin. After numerous emails, all I was offered was apologies, admission that theyre pretty much mass produced in a factory and finally a $7 compensation. I looked at their site again and they dont even advertise the doll anymore. When I mentioned to them about it being odd that they have no contact info whatsoever, their Contact Us page suddenly filled up. The information was fake. I tried calling the number and its disconnected. Its like they used my emails as advice. User's recommendation: Just go to a toy store or something.
