Barmensen Labs stall on their refunds or credits.

I was shipped a product without authorization (I closed this account in January 2008)and was charged $99.99 on February 25,2008 to my credit card. They said they were sorry and told me to refuse it and I did on March 20,2008 and it was delivered to their Denver, Co. 80239 address on March 22,2008 at 10:26am. I have been calling them every week to have them refund the above amount to my credit card. They keep telling me that they have not received it. The tracking number they gave me shows that I refused it on March 20,2008 and delivered to them on March 22,20 08.
