Ban for life??? Really

I was banned from this casino because I had lost my i.d. in that casino and even though they have my current i.d. in their system and I have written several letters and calls and I get nothing I'm still banned ...this is nonsense... Can someone in tribal please take a look at this ... Thank you User's recommendation: The security at night is very rude.
