Ball joints

I have the same ball joint problem to day at an inspection station. My ball joint was replaced recently and the inspector said he felt the ball joint is bad. Nothing wrong with the car. This annual VA state inspection is a scam a lawful scam which should be abandoned. They can squeeze money out of you any way.
