BAIT AND SWITCH BAIT AND SWITCH - WEBSITE LIES.. I purchased a weight bench, thinking I was getting what was pictured, and described on website.. DEAD WRONG.. 5 phone calls, over 30 days to horrible customer service minions, who only read from a script, each time describing in detail what was wrong.. - They took down the entire Proform bench listing on their website, and didn't try to apologize, or even recognize their error. First and LAST time I ever purchase anything from Modells.. No surprise they're in Bankruptcy... User's recommendation: NEVER do business with them..
