Fort Myers, FL. I bought my daughters prom dress there and I was told they did not have her size nor could the order it. Conveniently they only had a 5 and no 3's even online. But they could alter it for $90 plus a $25 rush fee because it was under 30 days. My 17 year old daughter went to get fitted without me and they charged her $207. Furious I called and demanded the difference back. Of course they did not do all of the alteration and when we went back to pick up the dress I went with my daughter to protect her from the bullies. The only thing they altered was the hem and the damaged the dress is two places, snags in the material. WTF I told the alterations lady I was very disappointed and the dress was ill fitting and they she needed to make it right. The alteration lady agreed to make the dress to fit right and that she could fix the snags in the material. When my daughter went pick up dress by herself, the snags were still there and the dress still does not fit properly. The VERY RUDE staff including the manager Debra told her "It is what it is". Furious I called again and Debra the manager said the same thing to me and hung up on me after telling me there was nothing she was going to do.
