I was repeatedly called, emailed and text for 4 mos to return lease early. Promised no out of pocket cost, no damage fees, lower monthly lease. I was told vehicle I wanted was all sold so suggested others that I didn't want then all of a sudden the one I wanted was there diff color. Then agreed to monthly amount no fees. I was later told finance not complete, identify theft. Then sent billed charged for ending lease early and damage fee. Now they want to charge a larger monthly payments. When I complained Thomas the sales man said he was sorry and knows that's now what was agreed on and to come in with papers. Thomas hides they try to bully me then takes my papers and ask me to leave. I had to wait for Police to get my papers back but they still kept one and refuses to respond to calls, texts or emails. I agreed to 390 payments. They are trying to add I fees to make up for early lease return. User's recommendation: Avoid this place. Plenty other dealers.
